OUR STORY

Architect-led design and build firm North Projects was founded by husband-and-wife team Richard and Emma following their move to the Lake District in 2023. Richard, a Lake District native, and Emma, originally from Sweden, bring together a unique blend of local heritage and Scandinavian design.

With 20 years of combined experience in high-end residential projects through their separate award-winning firms, they decided to join forces. Now, they’re combining their expertise and passion to craft exceptional residences that reflect the beauty and character of the region they both cherish.
